Time & Space is a set of two custom campaigns for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge made by Heli and a number of other people. The campaigns, Yuri's Battle (A) and (B) were created due to the lack of an official campaign in which the player takes the role of Yuri and his army.
Both campaigns replace the original Allied and Soviet campaigns, and take place independently from one another. Their premise is similar, however: Yuri has been captured during the events of Yuri's Revenge and is liberated by his forces to once more attempt to take over the world.

    the usage of production buildings with mines out as basically a form of active units/static defense is an interesting way to get around the lack of normal base defenses for this guy. Also, it might be broken if the tank general was able to spend a point to give overlords the horde bonus, but I also would love to see that too. 24:25 also that tank dance was hilarious

    that one barracks and the strategic placement to offensively use mines is fantastic lol. I really enjoy this map, the level of detail put into it is fantastic and the density of buildings for an infantry based challenge seems to offer some interesting opportunities and challenges, depending on your general. All the nuke troops in the building at 8:25 defending themselves but accidentally also nuking their own building being one of those challenges lol. This general is so much fun because of how careful you have to be to prevent your own guys from accidentally wrecking your own people, but some very strong attack options.

      I recommend against a recent version. This mod only worked with the original disk version and the The First Decade version for me.

    in vanilla and contra, she always has seemed to be more annoying than problematic. in vanilla, baiting her powers with buildings in specific places makes her a joke (if annoying), so I do like her slightly better shot selection with this mod, but man is she still just annoying because she doesn't really attack and her defenses with that base surrounded by mountains is a pain to assault by ground or air. It is almost like the super weapon general is designed to be best taken out by super weapons (especially a nuclear blanket across her entire base, 34:55 is so immensely satisfying)

      @@TaxOwlbear yeah, that's one of the things I like about contra, it avoids superweapon spam for most generals and encourages usage of the general you are playing with's focus. Kinda sucks when the generals direction isn't strong (us mech general for example lol) but you also get the strength of tank general or I'm betting Air Force

    WOW, I never thought there would be someone playing this from abroad. My Korean childhood. Everybody was playing SC1, before that, some people were playing Warcraft, or AOE1. Copyright was not popular concept in that era in Korea, and RTS' popularity meant EVERYBODY made rip-off, or at least partially rip-off RTS. But they were not that bad. Seven-years war 2 was definitely epic.

      I'm fascinated by Korean games from that era. There's many games that took strong inspiration from foreign games, but frequently with a local spin. I really like Seven Years War 2; the gameplay is solid, and the aesthetics are good too. The hero system is decent too, since you don't need to keep heroes alive all the time.

      One thing I feel regretful was their leveling mechanism, because it was based on the count of heroes' attacks, not from the enemy units like WC3. It made any close-range heroes quite crappy. Other than that, maybe bad historical accuracy of Japanese. Recently, I found out that some indie team is making Seven-Years war 3, but their RUclips channel is more like a documentary film channel(not sure they are serious about game development, process is too slow) Also, problems of Korean games from that era was frequent unplayable bugs. If only they had internet patches. I still find it regretful whenever I recall a few retro Korean games with great potential and serious bugs. Many great gaming devs gone bankrupt during 'IMF crisis' recession. It really saddens me.

    It is wild seeing the infantry do multiple orders of magnitude a better job than the nuke cannon at area denial. In vanilla, I liked using nuke cannons to hit chokepoints, but here their slow rate of fire, fragility, long setup time and inability to keep that glowing circle of doom at the impact bins em lol. Range improvement doesn't make up the difference. Also seemed like you might have been able to use the nuke infantry to defend against the bikes off the cliff because of the splash.

      What I really want from Nuke Cannons is the ability to deploy them and have them stay in place, like Tiberian Sun Mobile Artillery. They always wiggle so much when you put them in defensive mode.

    It seems the only good thing this mod has going for it is the use of Dune 2000 music. Everything else has been grossly unfair, unbalanced, and obviously not playtested.

    Having such similar colors for opposing factions is a weird choice... it's both an easy fix (if you think of it early, not 1 week before release) and a pretty important QoL for players.
